At the Devon County Show police stand 2008, the competition question for young people aged 12-17 was ‘Tell us how you can promote pro-social behaviour in your area’.

The winner was Kirsty Ogborne from Paignton, with her idea of giving ‘fixed penalty notices in reverse for people seen doing good things. Community services should not just be for people being bad so if people are being good and helpful, they should praise them or give them something’.
